The challenge: Creating inviting reading corners for all our pupils is important to us. Right now, our current classroom spaces don't always inspire children to pick up a book for pleasure. We want to make reading feel like a treat, not a task.
Why now: Support will provide the funding to purchase new books to create an inviting reading corner in all classrooms.
The outcome: Pupils will choose to spend time in the reading corner, engaging with books independently and with enthusiasm.
